Pros
100% paid health insurance. Some employees/departments enjoy flexibility in their work hours and ability to work from home. Healthy snacks provided.
Cons
At one time was a great place to work, but grew too fast. Due to major project losses mostly in international construction, there has been no profit and large loss for several years, resulting in increased turnover, top performers leaving, poorly managed layoffs, and cuts in benefits. Budgets, wellness program, and incentive bonuses slashed. Career development nonexistent. Poor communication and leadership adds to lack of trust.
