Fully paid personal and dependent health care, good benefits generally; good people and relaxed culture; good infrastructure and established procedures; company has been in business for 2 decades +, good overall reputation with clients and industry. Past 1-2 years could have been better but there are good opportunities for recovery and growth.
Cons
Currently going through a tough time; changes on client side have also had some impacts on the company. More turnover than is desirable (by employees or management), working to cut costs and stay competitive in a tough environment.
