*Every position is heavily micro-managed *They use diversity and inclusion as a selling point but do not actually support the cause. *Heavy employee turnover *"Required" training courses a DAILY occurrence *Limited funds for capital projects on old communities *Daily Zoom meetings make it nearly impossible for onsite staff to complete daily activities *Onsite staff cannot make ledger adjustments for residents which frustrates residents who come into the office for resolution *Job security is null and void since they use "fire at will" to appease their daily whims *Nepotism is key if you work for this company
