Pros
There are a few supportive and knowledgeable colleagues (2-3 people) who create a collaborative environment and are great to learn from.
The potential for growth exists if proper resources and support systems are provided.
Cons
Promises related to learning and development opportunities, such as sponsoring courses, were not fulfilled. Processes were deemed too lengthy, and alternative reasons were often provided to deny requests, which was disappointing.
The Retrofit Department requires better structuring, resources, and leadership support. From what I observed, employee turnover has been an issue, with several colleagues leaving during my time and afterward.
The HR department could improve in terms of flexibility and employee support. Policies often take precedence over individual needs, which can make it challenging to address concerns effectively.
