The people I have worked with are open, passionate about their work, take care of their employees and create a family atmosphere, despite the fact that the offices are in 2 different countries. The purpose of the company will help you and me to survive on this planet, and this is important :)
Cons
Since it is difficult to advance in the field of sustainable construction, the salaries are not very high. But I believe that they will be able to reach the next level.
