I worked at ECS for 2 1/2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my time and experiences there. The training is structured and fair with plenty of scope for progression with support from management, and the social side offers plenty of incentives to succeed. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at ECS and I wholeheartedly thank them for preparing me for the next step in my career.

Recruitment isn't a 9-5 job, but if you want to drive to succeed then it can be great! Though if it isn't something that you'd be interested in doing then the recruitment game wouldn't really be for you.
