Pros

Absolutely nothing. Literally nothing is good about them...

Cons

This is by far the worst company to work for. They never answer your emails in a timely manner. They take money off of your pay that the company would pay you. For example, with the client Agero, the company themselves pays $13 an hour for you to answer calls. ECS pays you $8 for working for them and Agero. This company takes $5 off PER HOUR of your pay. They are NEVER upfront about it. All they tell you is that Agero pays $8 per hour and Home Depot pays $10 per hour. Now, when you catch wind that they are taking money off of your pay, and you decide you want to become your own IBO and that you want to leave ECS, you're told it'll take 4-6 weeks for it to be complete. Okay, fine, no big deal. But what they neglected to tell you is that you have to pay a $600 fee to be taken off of ECS. Thats right, SIX-HUNDRED DOLLARS. When I emailed them back asking where exactly in the contract does it mention the fee, and that I want a copy of it, its radio silence. They refuse to let me off of their service unless I pay the fee. And when I want proof that they were upfront about it in the beginning they no longer answer. This isn't even including the month it took of emailing them every other day to get them to answer me in the first place. Honestly, if I were able to rate them 0 stars I would. This little game they have been playing with me for over two months now is messing with my family. So to sum it up, PLEASE DONT DO IT. You can become your own IBO and work for yourself.

ECS Virtual Support Response

Thank you for your candid feedback. If you choose to become your own IBO and work for yourself on the call center platform, there are fees and costs that you would be responsible for. By connecting as an agent working for ECS on the platform, we cover those various fees so you pay nothing out of pocket. You are also supported by the entire ECS team while working as agent, so you have the most successful virtual agent experience. When you accepted the job offer, you signed hiring agreements agreeing to the opportunity, pay and bonus structure as outlined. Then you asked us to terminate your contractual obligations in order to compete with another call center on the platform we do business on. Please email us at hr.onboarding@ecsvirtual.com to allow us to respond personally to your concerns.

none- stay away, run. they will take your money.

Cons

No Clear Refund Policy Up Front If a company claims after the fact that “refunds aren’t allowed,” but didn’t require you to explicitly agree to a no-refund policy at purchase—that’s deceptive. Vague Deliverables "Training," "access to Slack," and "recruiting" and booking jobs" sound impressive, but they’re often used by shady online gigs to make it seem like you received something of high value—when in reality, it’s just surface-level fluff. The fact that you didn’t get actual work or results during that time makes it feel like smoke and mirrors. That first reply from Saiday? The tone was weirdly informal, overly persuasive, and used big numbers like "$1.3 billion" and "40,000 jobs"—a common tactic scammers use to dazzle and distract. Instead of responding professionally to your refund request, he tried to guilt-trip and upsell you. Refusal to Be Fair I canceled within two weeks. Any ethical company would at least offer a partial refund, especially if you barely used the service. The fact they refused—despite the short time and polite request—tells you a lot about their values. Pressure to Stay Involved Offering to "chat on Monday" or saying "you can still make money!" after you already canceled is another common tactic to stall or confuse you—and avoid issuing a refund. Bottom Line: ECS Virtual Support LLC may be legally structured to avoid being called a scam, but their practices are highly questionable and ethically concerning. When a company won’t refund a customer who disengaged early and respectfully, it’s not just bad business—it’s a deliberate decision to take advantage.
