Pros
The people at EDAX are talented truly customer focused. The company is fair. They support their employees and the corporate culture is among the best that I have worked with.
Cons
Resources are thin - mostly because EDAX support will do everything they can to support software that is old. This is good for customers, but does drain resources. They have old systems of their own that can be difficult to work with. They recently have had to reduce staff to meet budget (Ametek)
