Management and staff at EDL are amazing to work with! Current GM has been in place for about 18 months and is doing a careful job of filling positions and really works to establish relationships with employees, both salaried and hourly....listens to all, cares about the business and people, truly a fair person. Culture is definitely on the upswing!

Engineering team needs real leadership within the functional area....some forward movement over the last 6-8 months.

Great people to work with on shop floor ONLY

The owner cross all department boundaries and undermine all managers and supervisors alike.He runs the company and all aspect of installation, design, etc the way he wants. He uses foul language and shout at any body anywhere in front of every one for what he thinks you should not do or say. If you are a new hire and ask question from an experienced colleagues and he sees you, he shout at supervisor why you are taking another person's time. When he enters the shop floor, the tension is so thick you can cut it with a knife. Owner runs the company by fear. Have a self respect and don't work there
