      EDP Renewables has an excellent environment with a great work-life balance. Everyone at EDPR is dedicated to the mission and values of the company.

      Cons

      The company's growth is extremely aggressive at the cost of employee bonuses. Management continues to make extremely lofty KPI goals that are nearly unobtainable, resulting in the company being extremely competitive but always negatively affecting employee bonuses.

      Learned a lot working there.

      Cons

      Too much turnover in management. Expectations were unfair and they didn't seem to know how to deal with the volume of projects and put too much pressure on the employees without taking responsibility for their mistakes.
