Very self centered company - Coordinator EDS Technologies Employee Review

1.Not at all employee friendly.Treats employee like school children and even 5 mins late entry demands a short leave application to the reporting manager. 2.Didnt provide any scope to grow or prove myself. 3.Very very poor hr policies in todays age. 4.Managers and hr behaved like dictators all time. 5.I was more than happy to leave the company.
