Low pay, disrespect, back biting, blaming others, threats, and quick to fire employees that make more then minimum wage.

Great work atmosphere, very helpful colleagues and supervisors, lots of opportunities to learn different skills and many different types of tasks throughout the day

Workload can sometimes be overwhelming, you might be doing the work of 2 or 3 employees
