Pros
Everyone I have worked with has been nice and welcoming. Pension is always appreciated since most companies do not offer that. Some managers are very helpful and accommodating with any unexpected life issues that arise.
Cons
HR is intimidating to talk too, would not feel comfortable talking to them about any type of issue. Sometimes you feel under appreciated and overworked but some managers make the efforts to help in anyway they can. The pay is not good at all compared to competitors No growth opportunities, they hiring from the outside rather than promoting internally.
