      no extra salary for extra work in company, no food for extra work in company, there is no compensation for worker,

      Cons

      The only company give 2000rs and getting 100000rs work from the workers.no respect for worker, if u ask any question to management the will kick out from company.

      Long history of international projects

      International projects frequently want additional concessions & free hours on site and argue the last 20% .... "Even tho you gave us a color sample, we didn't picture that exact color..."

      Pros

      Open and team based fast company. All for one and one for all mentality. The opportunity for growth was unimited and encouraged. Team members encourated to think "Out of The Box" and develop new channels for revenue.

      Cons

      Lack of marketing skill and lack of focus on Key Certificatkoins/Science needed for success. Senior Team did not spend enough time on valideation and teseting. Distributor support was very limitied even thoughj most of the revenue stream came from Distrihutors.
