Pros

EG epitomizes generosity, caring for its employees like no other company I've experienced. Regardless of tenure, every team member receives support and assistance when needed. The culture of being generous is evident in the heartwarming tradition of food-sharing that keeps our pantry abundant and well-stocked. Videoke sessions, cultural events, and socials are always fun and bring us closer together. What truly sets EG apart is its welcoming atmosphere, starting from HR and all the interviewers you will encounter. Each of them brings uniqueness yet they share a common feel of acceptance. At EG, authenticity is celebrated and there's no pressure to conform to some rigid standards of presenting yourself. The senior management's openness to communication is commendable. They actively engage with employees, lending an ear to their ideas and feedback.

Cons

Full time RTO Too much kindness to a fault Overemphasis on loyalty that can be exploited by tenured employees Employees love rumors Exaggeration of baseless rumors and unnecessary speculations

Pros

The provision of free food and the hobby program are the only benefits.

Cons

I find it crucial to shed light on the disparity between the company's promoted culture and the actual working environment. The proclaimed culture, often presented as the holy grail, is far from the reality on the ground. While the rhetoric surrounding cultural values is strong, the day-to-day experience reveals an atmosphere that falls short of the ideals communicated. There seems to be a disconnection between what is preached and what is practiced. The actual working culture is, unfortunately, far from the collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment that is promoted. Instances of favoritism, lack of transparency, and a noticeable divide between certain teams suggest that the proclaimed culture is more of an aspiration than a lived reality.
