Pros
In my position they payed well but with a low base salary. If you have other compensations or extra wage, in a diferent opinion from the management they fired you or take all the other compensations out of the salary to push you out.
Cons
The management relies completely in a familiar perspective out of reality, spends a lot in personal stuff, out of company business and the employees are just numbers, without any social respect. They manage with a egotistic and manipulative fit only, be aware cause there a lot of manipulative informers around.
