Pros

Some experienced professionals are working in the company, and if you’re lucky, you might learn from them. Flexible working hours and some paid sick leave. If you're looking for a company that values fairness, career growth, and employee well-being—this is not the place. The toxic culture, broken promises, and favoritism make it a frustrating and demotivating workplace. Many employees are already looking for jobs elsewhere, and it’s clear why.

Cons

Toxic Culture: The workplace is full of negativity. Managers and senior employees constantly complain, blame others for problems, and take credit for work they didn’t do. There is no accountability, just finger-pointing and politics. HR is Useless: The HR team does nothing to support employees. They just hang around the office drinking coffee, chatting among themselves, and ignoring real issues. They don’t engage with employees or help improve the work environment. No Career Growth: There’s no proper framework for promotions, skill development, or mentorship. No performance reviews for years, and salary increases are non-existent. Chaotic Work Process: Project management is a disaster. Tasks are randomly assigned, priorities change without notice, and management has no clear direction. Poor Leadership: The company’s leadership is disconnected from reality. They communicate one thing officially while doing the complete opposite in practice. Employees are left with no trust in management. False Promises About Raises: The company initially promised salary raises starting in March, then delayed them until October. They claimed raises would be fair, based on performance reviews and feedback, but this was a lie. Many employees who received great feedback were fired anyway. Meanwhile, raises were given unfairly—some underperforming employees received 20%, while hardworking employees got only 5%, all based on managers' subjective opinions. Toxic and Unfair Reward System: Those who know how to talk and take credit for others' work get bonuses, while the real hardworking employees receive nothing. It’s all about who can manipulate the system, not actual performance.

Pros

If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

Cons

Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
