      Pros

      Immediate teams are great, work well to keep each other going.

      Cons

      Non stop change fatigue mislabled by management as "innovative & face paced" rather than addressing the issues with their processes. Two faced second level managers who will happily say anything to keep you happy and turn around and throw you under the bus to save their own skin and bonuses.

      - Incredible Leadership team across ELT/SLT with marketing leading talent in role and more coming - Leadership and the org deeply care about bringing people on the journey of growth and change, brave when it comes to making critical decisions - Scale-up vibe, fast-paced, lots of opportunity for impactful work and driving improvements - Truly AI led/supported in work delivery complimenting what humans can do - Investing in people and innovation - We are our own customer and product development solves real challenges for the org

      Cons

      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also
