I daily work in a challenging enviroment, with great autonomy, the proper level of supervision and delegation, absence of micromanagement. It is clearly tangible the effort of executives to improve the level of trust of employees for the Company. We have interesting and rich flexible benefits package, good salaries (in line with Italian market) and a very positive working environment. Last but not least a growing order intake that gives Elettronica a solid economic stability for the years to come. I would strongly recommend my Company as Employer. The most common term we use to refer to Elettronica is "a family"!

Although relevant efforts have been done in order to improve the rewarding/promotions process in terms of transparency, the effects of this new course of action are not still so visible.
