Working in a startup can feel hectic and disorganized. New people are added. Teams are re-organized. Communication habits need to be established. This can feel stressful for some people, as it can feel as if the management is apathetic or uncaring. Related to this "dynamicism", there are multiple occasions when claims were made and then not provided. For example: - Computer hardware, such as laptops and monitors predicted to arrive within a month have not arrived 6 months later - Insurance coverage, claimed to be fulfilled before the next year, delayed until Series A funding is acquired. Neither of these are particularly important to me, but over-confidence can feel like deception for some. Compensation is okay. If I cared, I could "sell out" and go work for some adtech company, but instead I'm staying.

Devs get exposure to great tech stack in a short period time which is perfect for co-ops and new grads who are looking to learn about ML, AWS, data engineering quickly. Dev team is very friendly and there is solid leadership. Leads buy you free food. Founders are also friendly and easy going....when they are around Company is very innovative and has very strong ML technology and unique applications that don't exist in the market. Company is also global very early which is interesting

Large volume of work in very short deadlines. Company is growing very fast and hiring to keep up with customer demand. AI is very hot in this sector so the company is trying to keep up. Devs who are used to the fast start up world love this, others might not. personally I am fine with it. Some water sales and marketing people did not fit in, hence the few negative reviews
