Great atmosphere, but PTO is hard to get - Journeyman Pipefitter EMCOR Group Employee Review

Emcor facilities services- the leaders are thoughtful and care about the people and the organization. They occasionally have to make tough decisions that might negatively impact a few individuals in the company but will benefit the rest of the organization and help keep the business on track. They always provided a stable job environment and allowed leaders to lead.

Depending on the department and role, opportunities can be limited.

I loved my Supervisor and most of the team I worked with,

There were personnel problems that were allowed to continue even after I complained about them. I was targeted and bullied after I raised concerns regarding very vulgar language used in the office. (I'm no snowflake, so it was REALLY BAD!) We shared an office space with another company, so I felt it was really unprofessional to be yelling out obscenities in a small office. So, after the person in question was disciplined, they kept making snide remarks to me or about me. I didn't really feel listened to.
