Useless project management staff, after making existing project management staff redundant. Company wide notice on not giving any pay rises last year but then giving pay rises to certain staff on the sly. Utter presumption and entitlement from account management and operations staff. Absolutely no intention to hold on to any existing staff, with warnings unheeded and no handovers even thought about leaving staff untrained and unready. No prospect of career advancement unless you're part of an existing inner circle or are ready to really lose all dignity. Surveys that are either cherry picked or never acted upon. Truly awful company culture, only exists for profit generation for those at the top.
