Pros
They paid for health insurance but don't get too excited. It was pretty basic insurance with high deductibles.
Cons
Too many chiefs. Not enough Indians. The managers played favorites and the little people are left to do the rest. If you are in with management, you don't have to follow the rules. If you are management, you don't either. Unprofessional environment made worse by the absence of the owners.
