Cons
The new CEO is creating a toxic culture. He believes everyone is replaceable and regularly communicates it, fires people that challenge him, and puts additional layers of lackey management around him to slow things down and be his mouthpiece. I would say there are only 2 people in the entire org that wouldn't agree with this.
