You’ll never run out of things to do because there’s no shortage of work in management. You’re expected to wear multiple hats and juggle several roles. While this creates a dynamic environment, the workload can quickly become overwhelming and often requires additional support just to keep up with responsibilities.
Cons
Field inspections require a dependable vehicle. While the company does offer a reimbursement program, the current daily rate plus mileage does not adequately reflect the real world costs of depreciation, maintenance and repairs, fuel, DMV fees, insurance, financing costs, opportunity cost, vehicle downtime, and wear. This creates a financial strain for employees who are expected to provide and maintain a work vehicle to support company operations. Without a meaningful increase to reimbursement, the financial burden continues to fall unfairly on employees.
