Pros
A friendly work environment with plenty of social activities. Everyone is a little corky and you fall into the habit of telemarking/data entry style of work as an additional component to your daily routine. There is potential to grow if you have no other options.
Cons
You work as a contractor with no benefits and very slow accumulative PTO for the first year There's too much overhead that leads to stricter supervisors timing you on assignments and meeting large daily quotas to fulfill. This workspace is "Very" time-sensitive to the point where everyone knows your work schedule the moment you enter and they monitor your lunch breaks. The work you found exciting at first will soon become a habit that leaves you emotionally drained and burned out from a series of repetitive work that continues each day. PLEASE don't choose to stay longer than 6 months to a year if you value work/life balance and your time.
