I experienced no cons working here.

The company uses clean ingredients and manufactures them sustainably in-house, genuinely living up to its values and mission. The founders are still deeply involved after 30 years and have remained true to the brand rather than “selling out.”

Not a lot of room to grow and they under pay people even if they have been there for years. A lot of mystery with what is happening between higher ups and no explanation to sudden changes or layoffs.
