Pros
- Lax dress code - People are mostly chill and approachable and pretty liberal about most things - Good office location (Makati CBD)
Cons
- Low pay lol (23,000 gross for AEs) - It's different per team, but my onboarding experience was more or less nonexistent. Training was pretty much a ~learning by doing~ situation, which personally does not work for me - Was tasked to do work that had little to do with the JD. It sometimes felt like I was a PA or secretary or admin assistant. I felt like Andy in the first 10 minutes of the Devil Wears Prada 24/7. - My coworkers often had to abono delivieries, DPs, etc which has always felt iffy to me. Reimbursements sometimes reached 20K per person
