Some teams are treated like production mills (overworked, understaffed, focused on churning out boring/low-quality work) Lots of lip service with very little follow-through from senior leadership on future improvements Some employees often go MIA/unresponsive due to personal reasons which adds to the burden when teams are already understaffed
