Pros

So many bad reasons, can’t even find any good reason to work with them.

Cons

Unprofessional managment and planning. Only few expirienced engineers, the rest are without any experience. All responsibility on team lead engineers, no help from managment or planning team. Engineers traveling a lot, stays in cheap hotels and shares the rooms with other engineers. Cheap connection flights, long hours in airports. Engineers spend a lot time abroad on standby instead of keeping them home. Forget about personal life, about family and friends at home. No training provided. Planning doesn’t provide even basic information for new engineers.

* Management accountability can feel inconsistent or unclear * Employee concerns may not always be addressed effectively when escalated * Limited visibility or involvement from upper management in day-to-day issues * HR support may feel slow or not very impactful in resolving workplace problems * Work environment can feel disorganized during high-pressure periods * Communication between leadership levels can be weak or unclear
