Pros
EOX is a great company to work for, the team I am on is especially welcoming and supportive. I always feel heard and valued as a person and not just a number lost in the shuffle. The performance pay helps with the pay rate and the team I am on makes it all worth it. Work life balance is really good, I work 100% remote from home and my leaders are supportive and you can tell they really care.
Cons
Some may see the job is mundane, however, this allows for a solid routine, changes here and there that keep us on our toes, and we have achievable goals. The repetition improves work life balance as I don't take work home with me. I work hard and can enjoy both work and my home life!
