      - Stable company, even with difficult times to navigate they always find a way to rise above. It's admirable. - Great colleagues from all over the world. - Remote and interesting work. - Good work-life balance. - Opportunities for growth and learning.

      Cons

      - You could land in a difficult project, but with those difficult projects it's where I have learned the most too. - Pay and bonus could be higher.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
