High pressure and lack of support from leadership - Talent Acquisition EPAM Systems Employee Review

I will suggest people especially from Talent Acquisition perspective do not join this company There is so much of pressure even you will be mentally harassed in this company and target pressure is so high. Despite of working hard there is no support from leaders Leaders in this company are there to put pressure to work 24/7,365 days. Even you will not get relaxation on your personal emergencies, still you will be asked to work as a slave in this organisation Few leaders have monopoly in this company despite of so many escalation's, no action is being taken by management as a result employee has to leave the company, if you become vocal in this company last option is only you need to leave, as there is no transparency in this company Strongly recommend do not join
