Pros

EPAM offers lots of career opportunities, wide variety and level of internal professional trainings, including English courses. Rotations of people between projects happen pretty much any time, on demand of an employee. The company offers international transfer opportunities for senior+ level specialists. There are lots of highly skilled professionals work in the company, the bar is hold very high. In regional offices culture is very friendly, in capitals it is more client-oriented and career-oriented.

Cons

Compensation levels are average for people coming in the mid-career. For the ones who started as interns and stayed for a long time, compensation can be well below average.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
