I do not recommend any Brazillian to accept an offer from them, its a dead end.
On my first week they told us that we were expected to be allocated in a project before the end of probation period otherwise we would be fired (they did not use those words, but they sure meant it), nothing about this was mentioned during my interviews or when I received the offer. 3 months passed (the legal standard probation period in brazil) and not a single opportunity to join a project. It was a very stressful situation, building up anxiety and everything got worse when people started to get fired.
Most of Brazilians that joined around the same time as me are being fired without any explanations, many of us left good jobs in hope to join in a innovative environment and were left stranded.
Also, after a while we discovered that many of the new joiners like us have received a generous sign in bonus and others don't (Sounds incredibly unfair to me).
While we in Brazil are left with no work to do during these months we still see on Linkedin a lot of people being hired around the world and praising the company, so maybe this is just the Brazilian experience inside EPAM.
