      Pros

      - Very open and transparent - Great opportunities to grow your skills - Company has great values for people and social responsibility - Opportunities to relocate across the globe - Opportunities for promotion with the assessment process which is open and transparent - Very friendly and social environment, at least in London (not good for your liver!) - Great benefits packages (for most levels) - Very slick internal processes - Opportunities to work with some household names - Eastern European culture - no nonsense, high quality of work, amazingly talented people!

      Cons

      - Large organisation means there is a lot of duplication, and it's difficult to navigate the corporate structure - Some of the HR processes are based around Eastern European mentality (maximum number of sick days, approval for travel requests, etc) - Often we end up working within customer organisations and adopting their poor practises rather than instilling our own

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
