Pros
Above average salary in India
Cons
All the policies are unjust to employees. Starting from salary structure where basic component makes only 20-25% of full salary . First month employees get only Basic salary i.e only 20% of comitted salary. And at the time of FnF they hold back the remaining salary and you would need to fight with them for them to actually admit they owe you money and get that. HR is just a showpiece and has no real function. The System kept in place for promotion, is just an eyewash. You can end up answering 90% correct answers, but panel will still write 'Hence we can see that candidate doesn't meet the criteria' Managers are as week as it gets. On clients, there there are multiple vendors working simultaneously, other vendors will steamroll EPAM employees, yet managers will be like, yeah I have taken note of it, I will let higher management know. They will never themselves act. Most of the clients are toxic and don't feel the need to basic decency in conversation and will outright demean you, with EPAM management as silent bystanders.
