      Pros

      I have been working on stable and interesting projects. Other people I know are less lucky. Your time at Epam really depends on the team and the project. Managers in Ukraine, especially in the Western part were great people.

      Cons

      Not too bad for a global company. They freeze salary as much as they can though.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
