Pros
- Owners/Management are approachable and understanding - I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want to work there - Non- manufacturing has flexible hours and WFH options - Pay is good - Lots of good healthy snacks Honestly this is the best place I’ve worked in awhile. Everyone I know wants to be there. We’re making an important product to combat climate change. If your not in warehouse or manufacturing you have the option to partly work from home. Lastly we have core hours so when you come in is kinda up to you.
Cons
The one major gripe I have is the WFH policy. They’re definitely hypocrites when it comes to 100% telework. We have a a select few people who are allowed to work remotely. When our group asked for 100% remote it was squashed. I think if they don’t change that then I’m gonna bail on a few more months. I’m not a fan of hypocrisy.
