Pros

Non-leadership and Elijah Williams had he not been pushed out

Cons

Lack of diversity, LDS structure and alliances superseding good talent. Nepotism creates silos and no accountability. Fear. Oppression and the lack of career advancements for anyone that isn't billable. There is a reason why they couldn't not make the 'Great Places to Work' survey and a reason why they hid the results. Sad to see a family firm turn greedy. Getting rid of one of the most fair level headed people like Elijah was a sad mistake they are paying for and anyone who speak up gets the pushed out. They won't fire you they will just reclassify your role and if you are a female BEWARE. When the CEO forces you to sign a paper stating you will not compete for a job and if you do you will lose the job RUN!!!!

Pros

co workers are cool. outside all day. decent pay and good benefits

Cons

repetitive, can be long days. although overtime is not necessarily mandatory it is expected. some job sites are not so fun- just in dirt construction sites all day. some job sites are beautiful, depends on the day.
