Poor training Long hours Anti-growth Negativity between departments Lack of real management at the high levels. Front end supervisors, leads, and seniors are gotten great, but they are not your managers. Several managers and those at the executive level are embarrassingly out of touch and hands off. Very little opportunity for growth, in fact you are discouraged from seeking advancement.
