Company with the least pay - Software Developer EQS Group Employee Review

The pay is way down when comparing market salary. Old and never changing technologies. No career growth. Will not give hike or deserved position even if you are a great contributor. Says transperancy is their motto but transparency is no where found. Micromanagement. Undeserved team leads ( not all but most of the development , qa side team leads are non technical and does not have any managing skills). Worst HR team If management get to know you are trying for new job or if you resign, they consider you as an enemy which is very immature behaviour and very old school.
