      Pros

      GREAT benefits, 9-80 schedule, centrally located in the marcellus shale play,

      Cons

      poor disorganized management, business units do not play nice together. you always feel like you need to cover yourself and feel that your management will throw you under the bus. If it wasn't for my friends, Training would be almost nonexistent. Arrogance and favoritism are prevalent.

      Pros

      I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

      Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
