Internal culture is heavily driven by politics rather than performance. Advancement often depends more on who you align with than what you actually contribute this probably comes from the upper management. There’s a noticeable lack of transparency in decision-making, and leadership tends to reward visibility over impact. Communication across teams is inconsistent, and there’s a tendency for blame-shifting instead of accountability. This creates an environment where people are more focused on protecting themselves than collaborating effectively. Management frequently talks about values like “integrity” and “teamwork,” but in practice, those principles don’t seem to guide real decisions on the ground. It can feel like there’s one set of rules for leadership and another for everyone else.
