Pros
Flexibility in working hours, hybrid work environment, decent pay. There are a lot of career paths to take and niches to carve out. The Employee Resource Groups are awesome!
Cons
ERM is a large company, it's your job to source your own work (so it can get very competitive, which is stressful). There's a lot of corporate fluff from senior management, but the people you actually work with are fantastic. There's a forced shutdown between Christmas and New Year's and they make you use your own vacation time. New employees start out with 3 weeks, so you need to save 4+ days (which is like 25% of your vacation) for the shutdown. It's very frustrating.
