      Pros

      I can trust the people I work with, and the technical staff are very motivated. Level of communication from senior management is acceptable.

      Cons

      Recent staff reductions have significantly reduced available staffing resources requiring senior people to do more mid or junior level work. Salary adjustments for senior level staff have been minimal or flat the last couple years.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
