Pros
Very organised, systematic and excellent quality management system and EQMS. There is an ERM Foundation for employee to use pro-bono time to contribute towards environment, social and welfare.
Cons
Lack of technical development/training for junior consultant but a lot of QMS, soft-skill and management related trainings/brown bags, doing the same thing again and again, can get bored easily and you can be sitting in the comfort zone for a long time.
