      Easy to join and paid courses.

      Cons

      No remote work. Below market pay. Need to sacrifice your firstborn to rise up in the company or get a pay increase. It is easier if the higher ups know you and like you. Your merits are secondary.

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
