Pros

Was a fun and interesting place to work early on. The company in NA was always a mess and has floundering, but there were some good people amidst the madness.

Cons

Has every issue that are recurrent in the tech world, but on steroids. Leadership focused on buzzwords and impact-economy garbage to the exclusion of tangible business ideas and concern for the actual customer base: truckers. The company exists to serve government regulators in NZ and the US and force more big-brother tech into every truck that it can. Culturally, excellence is discouraged, mediocrity celebrated, no one can speak truthfully about anything, teams are isolated and understaffed, employees are underpaid and constantly in the dark about direction and changes.

One challenge we face is managing multiple time zones which can make coordination difficult.
