Pros

Friendly Account Manager, some of the consultants are very nice.

Cons

Poor judgement in their matching of resources to clients. They also hired a convicted felon with a history of narcotics and theft of property to manage a project. They do not pay you if their clients don't pay them, regardless of your contractual terms. They will do anything to win a deal and do not care for their employees.

ERPA Response
11y
This person was a sub-contractor and not an employee of ERPA. She worked for us for approximately 2 months. It became apparent that she had miss-represented her skills and could not perform the job duties within the first three weeks of the project. We kept her on assignment and tried to support with the help of the greater team. However, the pressure of not being able to to do her job or meet milestones was too great and she quit without notice in breach of her contract. Moreover she submitted false time sheets and could not produce any work product to substantiate and / or validate her stated hours on her last time sheet. She was compensated for her hours for all her time with the exception of 20 hours on her last time sheet which was false. She has been given the opportunity to justify her hours and be compensated for that time but declined to do so up to this date. Lastly, we had to start over in her area of focus since there was no documentation or work product.

Pros

I've enjoyed my time with ERPA's workday practice and appreciate the opportunity to work alongside knowledgeable and supportive colleagues. As a smaller consulting organization, there are opportunities to wear multiple hats, contribute beyond your immediate role, and have visibility into different aspects of the business. One thing I particularly value is the flexibility and trust given to employees. Leadership is approachable, communication is generally transparent, and there is a genuine focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients. I've also appreciated the chance to expand my skills and work with team members who are willing to share their expertise. Pros * Supportive and collaborative colleagues * Flexible work environment * Opportunities to learn and grow * Meaningful client work

Cons

* Some processes are still evolving as the company grows

Pros

The pros of working at ERPA as part of the Workday Practice include a supportive and collaborative team environment, along with strong mentorship and a willingness from senior team members to help you learn. There are early opportunities to get involved in meaningful, hands-on project work, which makes it a great place to build experience in Workday Student. The company has less bureaucracy compared to larger consulting firms, and leadership is accessible and approachable. Overall, the culture is positive and team-oriented, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and skill development while working closely with experienced consultants who have deep higher education backgrounds and a clear focus on delivering quality work to clients.

Cons

Some of the cons include a steep learning curve, especially with Workday Student as a new consultant, and a fast-paced environment. Like most consulting roles, there can be competing priorities and occasional tight deadlines depending on the project phase.
